The Family Office had previously announced its support of Nusf by sponsoring and participating in the leadership program for Saudi women with a group of its Saudi staff. It is worth noting that Nusf is specialized in training women for executive positions and helping the professional development of Arab women in general and Saudi women specifically to lead in the corporate world.
During a discussion, all the workshop participants agreed that they gained valuable insight and an exceptional experience in improving and strengthening business. The importance of the debate was reinforced by the participation of women from different backgrounds and fields.
The Family Office supports the youth in general and females in particular through its “Young Professionals” program by inviting fresh graduates to enter the business world and be trained in various departments of the company. The company recently launched The Family Office Academy, a digital learning platform where female enrollment was twice that of males.
Understanding the importance of modernization, the company also launched in the beginning of the year the first digital wealth management platform of its kind in the GCC, allowing female and male investors alike to discover international investment opportunities in private markets, build a personalized portfolio and simulate its performance for more than 10 years.
